We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and always available to help. We were offered a premium room upon arrival, which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The daily room cleaning was impeccable, leaving our room fresh and smelling wonderful. The added touch of water and chocolates in the room every day was a nice bonus. We give their service a perfect 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back!

Great location, right in the heart of the city. Easy access to all the main attractions and everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The room had a nice balcony with a view of the lively street below, enjoyable to people-watch from.
The decor was old-fashioned and the carpets were dirty. There were visible signs of water damage on the woodwork and ceiling above the shower.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to the metro, train station, and amazing restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The room amenities were great with soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and a very comfy bed. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
